Cenoma (“we,” “us”) operates shopcenoma.com, a marketplace for authentic Cameroonian
products. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the
choices you have.

## Information we collect

 * **Account & order information** — name, email, shipping address, phone, and order
history when you buy, create an account, or contact us.
 * **Payment information** — processed entirely by Stripe and PayPal. Cenoma never
sees or stores your full card details.
 * **Newsletter** — your email if you join our list; every email includes an unsubscribe
   link.
 * **Vendor application data** — contact details, region, and business information
   if you apply to sell.
 * **Usage data & cookies** — pages visited, device information, via Google Analytics
4, Meta Pixel, and our support chat.

## How we use it

 * To process and deliver orders, send confirmations and tracking, and provide support.
 * To pay our vendors and operate the marketplace.
 * To send marketing — only if you opted in.
 * To improve the site, measure marketing, and prevent fraud.
 * To comply with tax and legal obligations.

## Who we share data with

Only service providers who help us operate: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal),
shipping partners, email and analytics platforms, and hosting. Vendors receive only
what’s needed to fulfill your order — never payment details. **We do not sell your
personal information.**

## Cookies

Essential cookies (cart, checkout, login) plus, with your consent where required,
analytics and advertising cookies. Manage preferences via our cookie banner or browser
settings.

## Data retention

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Account data until you delete
your account. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

## Your rights

Depending on your state, you may access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your
data, and opt out of targeted advertising. Email [hello@shopcenoma.com](https://shopcenoma.com/privacy-policy-2/hello@shopcenoma.com)—
we respond within 30 days.

## Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their
data.
