# Refund Policy

We want every Cenoma package to be a joy to open. If something isn’t right, here’s
exactly how we’ll fix it.

## Returns — the essentials

 * **Window:** 30 days from delivery.
 * **Condition:** unused, in original condition and packaging.
 * **Not returnable:** food and beverage items (coffee, cocoa, honey, spices — for
   safety reasons) and items marked final sale.
 * **Handmade variations** in color or texture are natural characteristics, not 
   defects — but a product significantly different from its description is always
   covered.

## How to start a return

 1. Email [hello@shopcenoma.com](https://shopcenoma.com/refund-policy/hello@shopcenoma.com)
    with your order number.
 2. We reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address(
    Silver Spring, MD).
 3. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error, in which
    case we provide a prepaid label.

## Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll
send a replacement or a full refund — and for damaged goods, **you won’t need to
ship anything back**.

## Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund your original payment method
within **5–7 business days**. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the 
return is due to our error. If a return brings your order below the $75 free-shipping
threshold, the standard shipping fee may be deducted.

## Exchanges

Because most pieces are one of a kind, exchanges are handled as a return + new order.
For sizes (fashion), tell us and we’ll reserve stock when possible.

## Late refunds

Banks can take a few extra days. If it’s been more than 10 business days since our
confirmation, contact us and we’ll trace it.
