Welcome to Cenoma. These Terms govern your use of shopcenoma.com. By browsing or
ordering, you accept them.

## Who we are

Cenoma is an online marketplace connecting verified makers in Cameroon with customers
in the United States. Products are made by independent vendors; orders are fulfilled
by Cenoma from our warehouse in Silver Spring, Maryland.

## Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older to order. You’re responsible for your account credentials
and activity. Guest checkout is available.

## Products & accuracy

Our products are handmade: small variations in color, pattern, and texture are inherent
to handcraft, not defects. If we discover a material error affecting your order,
we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund.

## Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars; the checkout price is final, plus tax and shipping. Payment
is processed by Stripe or PayPal. We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud
or pricing errors.

## Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping options are shown at checkout. Returns are governed by our [Refund & Return Policy](https://shopcenoma.com/refund-policy/),
which is part of these Terms.

## Acceptable use

No unlawful activity, scraping, interference with the service, or circumventing 
the marketplace (e.g., soliciting vendors off-platform).

## Reviews

By posting reviews or photos, you grant Cenoma a non-exclusive license to display
them on the site and in marketing. We may remove offensive, false, or infringing
content.

## Intellectual property

The Cenoma name, logo, and site content are our property. Maker stories and designs
belong to their makers, used with permission.

## Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total 
liability for any order-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Contact us first
