• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe and PayPal. Cenoma never sees or stores your full card details.

• Vendor application data — contact details, region, and business information if you apply to sell.
• Usage data & cookies — pages visited, device information, via Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and our support chat.

How we use it

• To process and deliver orders, send confirmations and tracking, and provide support.
• To pay our vendors and operate the marketplace.
• To send marketing — only if you opted in.
• To improve the site, measure marketing, and prevent fraud.
• To comply with tax and legal obligations.

Who we share data with

Only service providers who help us operate: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping partners, email and analytics platforms, and hosting. Vendors receive only what’s needed to fulfill your order — never payment details. We do not sell your personal information.
